From the old al-Ayyam, Qom has been one of the most distinguished cities in terms of waqf. Qom has also been one of the most important centers of Shiite and Ahlulbat refuge in Islam. There are many endowments in this city. The problem that now exists is that its endowment does not have the importance and worthiness of the people. That is, now we are facing people who are good, but they want to do their end to end.

One of the ways in which people are trusted to protect the endowments; now they are attacking the endowments, that is, there are conflicts over the endowments of the tribunals and they have been tried. The endowment must be present in these matters, that is, in fact, the endowment, like the trustee, knows itself as the owner of the work; if they trust it, then this culture will also prevail.

I once said to the head of the seminary, Mr. Arabi, and also to the former head of the seminary: "If the endowments of the area are restored, it is enough to cover the area and there is no need to borrow from the government, but the endowments will really be revived."

And if people will see how you stand for the revival of an endowment and spend on it, they will support you and the waqf tradition will be alive and people will be good people.

I have even told some elders that not only do not talk to the students to help people feel that we are ignoring them. The people of this city were also our refuge, and they have sheltered us throughout history.

I've said to one of the endowment officials that you are failing and do not stand up to the people, so you do not want to get rid of yourself. In addition, it should not be that property of the endowment for rent is less valuable than other properties.

People who do not show their endowment to the people do not attract people's attention, and this demonstration is lost in the fundamental consideration of the existing vows and the defense of the endowments, so that the news in the city turns around so that people know that you are supporting the endowments. This will encourage people to be dedicated.

One of the other problems associated with waqf is that people want to endow land, property, high-rise or low-rise land, but very high fees require different titles for waqf registration; therefore, many people register Waiting to go. It is very worthwhile for the Endowment Authority to address this problem.
